Tankless, under your sink
The unit sits in the cabinet below. No storage tank.
- Needs an electrical outlet under the sink. Electrical work is not included.
- Needs cabinet space for the unit plus room to service it. We check this first.
- Drinking water at one kitchen faucet. It is not a whole-house water softener.
Simple upkeep
Three filters on their own schedules, per the manufacturer. Actual life depends on your water and how much you use. Replacement filters are an ongoing cost.
Optional care with visits every four months is a proposal ($250/year). Inclusions and availability aren't final, and it isn't for sale yet.

After installation, we measure TDS at your Sippa faucet and at the drinking water you chose before purchase, using the same meter. If the installed system's reading isn't lower, we remove it and give you a full refund.
TDS means total dissolved solids. A lower reading is not proof of safer or healthier water and does not identify individual contaminants.

How it works

Free water test
In about 30 minutes, we test three available water sources, such as your tap, fridge and bottled water, and explain the results and the system. If you have fewer sources, we test what's there. We bring testing equipment, not a working demo or a tasting station.
Plan and approve
We check the cabinet, plumbing, outlet, countertop and faucet spot, and you pick black or silver. Once you approve the written scope, the first $600 is due.
Install and compare
We install it, check for leaks, compare TDS and show you how it works. The remaining $600 is due after installation and the guarantee test.

Why Sippa exists
It started at home.
Landon started using a reverse osmosis system at home in March 2026. Taste and convenience made it part of his daily routine, and the starting point for Sippa.
The idea is simple: make the product easy to understand, the price easy to see, and the install handled for you.

What happens at the free water test?
A salesperson visits for about 30 minutes, measures TDS from three available water sources, checks the installation space and explains the product and price. If you have fewer sources, we test what's available. There's no working demo or tasting comparison.
Does lower TDS mean my water is safer?
No. TDS measures dissolved solids. It doesn't identify individual contaminants or determine safety. The guarantee is about the TDS reading, not a health claim.
Will you need to drill my countertop?
We look for a suitable existing hole first and agree on the faucet spot with you. Standard countertop drilling is included in the $1,200 price when needed.
What if I already drink purified bottled water?
Some bottled water already reads very low or zero TDS. We measure your actual water. How those cases work under the guarantee is still being finalized before launch.
What does it need under the sink?
Cabinet space for the unit and room to service it, a working drain connection, and an electrical outlet. Electrical work isn't included.
Are there ongoing costs?
Yes: replacement filters and a little added water and electricity. An optional $250/year care plan with visits every four months is being explored; it isn't final or for sale.
Where does Sippa install?
We're launching in Utah, Salt Lake, Davis and Weber counties. Appointment times come from real scheduling once it's connected.
Is the installation covered by a warranty?
Sippa's written installation and support terms are being finalized and will be available before you buy. The manufacturer's warranty is separate and has its own conditions.
